At Ottawa Cotton Candy, we take pride in delivering fresh, high-quality treats. Due to the nature of our products being perishable food items, all sales are final.
Please note that the cotton candy does settle as it sits in bags/tubs, this is expected.
If you experience any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us at ottawacottoncandy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’re happy to assist and find a solution!
